CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

All appointments booked online require a 25% deposit for the service with a valid credit card.

All premium hair services (Balayage, Ombre, Keratin Straightening, Corrective Color and Bridal Services) require a valid credit card on file. If you are unable to give a 24-hour notice to change the appointment or fail to show up to the appointment, your credit card will be charged a $50.00 fee.

We require a valid credit card on file for any appointment that has been moved 2 times with less than 24-hours’ notice each time. If you are unable to give a 24-hour notice, or fail to show up for the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

We require a valid credit card on file for any guest who has 2 No Shows in a 12-month time frame. If you are unable to give a 24-hour notice, or fail to show up for the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Aveda gift cards.

beyond is an Aveda Pure Privilege salon.

beyond gift cards are available and can be redeemed for services or retail products.

Our beyond team strives to meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you must call within 48 hours of your service and we will do our best to meet your needs.

We respectfully request that only guests receiving services are permitted in the salon or spa areas. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon and spa areas and must be supervised by an adult in the retail area.
